Pool Warranty: The gunite pool shell has a 5-year limited warranty. Land Tech offers a 1-year limited labor warranty for pool/spa equipment. 3 year equipment warranty (pump, filter, heater, lights, salt cell etc.) provided by the manufacturer. Warranty starts the day equipment is turned on.
♦ Pool Construction
- Our pool construction method consists of a Gunite monolithic (one piece) concrete shell with a smooth plaster interior finish. The walls are 6 inches thick with half inch re-bar.
- Land Tech applies commercial pool construction techniques to residential pools giving the pools a very long life span.
- We do NOT install fiberglass or vinyl liner pools
